Action Fasteners Hollymetal® is an alloy consisting of zinc and tin, the alloy of these two metals provides superior corrosion resistance. this unique coating was design by Mechanical Plating in 1982.

 Hollymetal® coatings at 45 microns meets the stringent requirements of corrosion resistance, complies and exceeds the 'Standard' AS 3566 for Class 4.

 Hollymetal® is the coating used on Action Fasteners fasteners, mechanically galvanised under strict in-house facilities here in Australia.

The process Mechanical Plating is a process that requires no heat or electrolysis and does not induce hydrogen embrittlement and is suitable for high tensile components
